Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
During new product releases or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship using standard postal and courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout. As a general guide:

Domestic (Australia / New Zealand): 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

(These are estimates provided by our postal partners and may vary depending on location, weather, or customs delays.)

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders

Items purchased as pre-orders will ship once production is complete. Estimated delivery dates will be shown on the product page or via email updates.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order leaves our facility, it’s in the care of the carrier.
If your order appears delayed or lost, contact us at hello@borrowedtools.com and we’ll help you investigate.

Every order is packed with care using recyclable or compostable materials wherever possible.
